After hosting my first ever retreat this March in Cornwall, I am over the moon to be back with my second one happening this October at the magical Casa do Sol nestled in the golden farmlands of Mafra Portugal.
Come join us for four nights of delicious food, creative coaching workshops, yoga, meditation, sea swims and dining, relaxing and laughing in community. 8-12th October 2025.
This retreat is a collaboration with one of our longest standing MOOD members, the incredible Macki Maconie and a vision that we’ve both been dreaming up for a while. An immersive experience that’s all about celebrating the uniqueness that is YOU.
So many of us struggle with confidence, self doubt, moments of questioning who we are & what we’re here to do. So we wanted to combine Macki’s amazing experience as a Brand Curator with the power of Transformative Coaching to create something truly unique and magical.
Together we’ve lovingly curated a one-of-a-kind experience that combines:

Daily yoga and meditation
Restorative connection and conscious self-expression
Thoughtfully curated workshops to anchor your next season
We’ll eat delicious, nourishing meals from our private chef swim in the ocean, unwind at the local spa and bask in the Portuguese sunshine. This retreat is perfect for anyone who wants to cocoon themselves in community, move, rest, reflect and embrace the fullness of who you really are.
